Step 1: Request a Reservation
Camp Santa Cruz rents facilities to Christian non-profit organizations for youth camps, leadership retreats, church family camps, and more. Please fill out the form below, and someone from our team will contact you in the next few days to help you with your request. Be sure to give us as much information about your group as possible so we can best accommodate you. All reservation requests require approval to complete a booking.
Camp Santa Cruz welcomes groups of all sizes up to around 140 campers with various accommodation options.
During our busy summer months and holiday weekends we do have a minimum booking guarantee of 40 people per night. This allows groups bringing less than 40 to book with us during peak season if they choose to pay for the required minimum. Please note that more than one group may be booked at the camp during peak season when space allows. Please speak with the camp manager if you are interested in a guaranteed booking of the whole camp.
CAMP UPDATE! We have launched a new internship program in collaboration with the church on site and will be housing 2 college-aged “protogé’s” in the end rooms of Steamer Lane, rooms 6/7. These rooms will not be available for camp rentals until further notice. They will be utilizing the Church restrooms and Camp MPR showers. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this new addition to Camp Santa Cruz’s ministry of serving our local church family.
Also, during the summer month’s we plan to host Lovin Life’s 8-week Discipleship Program utilizing the Church, Steamer Lane, Seabright, and Seacliff Rooms. :) Lovin Life has been a beautiful presence here at camp and we’re excited to have them back for year 4!

Step 2: Finalizing Your Reservation
After submitting the "Request a Reservation" above, a Camp Santa Cruz representative will contact you. Once we have confirmed your dates are available and your reservation request has been approved, detailed instructions and forms will be provided to complete the booking. It’s just a few Docusign signatures and a few other items and you’re all set! Thanks for choosing Camp Santa Cruz!
